my heart rate went above 175 just looking at that cross trainer.


Chris, thats why I got mine, when I got kids. As Pickle says, best £100 I spent.
Evening sessions when all in bed are the way forward.

50 minutes on the turbo tonight; 10 warm up, 30 hard, 10 warm down. I was buzzing 8)

On the tunage front I was listening to Ministry of Sound The Annual 4, CD 2, Boy George. Last tune mixed in was Cornershop, Brim Full of Asher :wink: Classic from 1998 :lol:
