Pretty sure they mean MW. The reporter either made a typo or simply doesn't have a clue about the difference between MW and mW

I read the article, then watched the video and read the comments, the article is utter bollocks.
Just a lot of ifs, buts and maybes, not the certainty the article makes it seem.
