Thank You,now it's clear. I thought You want make Your hands warmer with some kind of electric heated gloves. With peoples riding to south pole, one never know. :)
 
It's for a battery for a power pack for my telescope but having looked at the prices for the battery and shipping etc I'm better off buying a new one :roll:

I do acutally have some heated gloves though.

Go to a motor factors nearby that does batteries for motorcycles - they are usually similar and they may have something?
 
I think they are actually quite standard sizes.

My old Owl light uses the 6V ~4Ah model
YUASA are nice, it's the same as my owl light used (well a name change)
the 6V is also the same as the one in my camping lamp and my son's small electric motor bike.
When I was looking they all and the larger 12V etc had standard sizes.
