On a whim treated the family to a McDonalds this lunchtime and was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Good value, quality food and really nice surroundings. 15 years ago the whole experience left me slightly nauseous :-(

So has anyone else noticed how lovely McDonalds now is so is it just me? There is now no hope for me now becoming a right fat biffa.

I wouldn't call it quality food, but we have a 'McMeal' a couple of times a month.

Everything in moderation and all that.

Then had home made bread pudding and custard ( I think it's called fusion food)

I can see a Maccys from my bed. Literally when I wake up, us long as the bedroom door is open, it is right there. Still avoided it the three years I've lived there, garbage. I'm sure they're better than they used to be but I like to ride my high horse!
