7.4 million! Wow.
That makes you think, is toyota just being honest and others who encounter problems not so much?
What is that film where the guy tests cars in crashing? Fight club?

General Motors playing games again then...

Corporate America is far too powerful.

i see 'recalls' or 'withdrawals from the market' due to faulty steering, brakes, airbags etc from all numbers of car and motorbike manufacturers.
granted this is quite a large number, but to be honest, these recalls happen far more than you think, just they never hit the headlines.
me thinks its because of their 'spotless' record that the media like to give it the big talk about it.

I am with boyburning and believe Toyota (as one of the most popular car brands in the US) is being deliberately targeted (again) in an effort to re-energise the home grown failures that are churned out in the states.
