Has anyone used and can recommend a cataloguing app for the Android system ?

I would like to take a picture, enter some quick details about it.
Then I can search and know what I actually have. Like the steerers, rings, tyres and random parts...

Nothing I currently have lets me enter details for a picture.

well you dont need an app if you want to name files and then search for them.
applications>my files> then look for the file you want and rename it.
failing that if you want a catalogue like a database then polaris is your friend.
hope that helps

Tedious way of doing it though
Take 100 odd pics, then go through, click this that the other to rename the file even with ES File Explore

I'm looking for something where I take the picture, then add tags or comments and then save all on the screen in front of me, with as few finger movements as possible. Even better if I could speak the words in, as google speech recognition seems pretty good for me.

Current suggestion has been Evernote so trying that and soon Skitch, along with two others I found. one being the virtual catalogue mentioned above:D
and the other I forget the name but the phones charging now

Will check out Polaris too.
EDIT, many apps mainly navigation come up when I use POLARIS in Google Play... any hints ?
