No it wasn't they kept saying it was 1981.


But I utterly agree with Benny Hill - Genius.

Seem to remember hearing it randomly in teh Peaks when JV's ohone went off. :lol:

The car in the programme was a 'V' reg. Is that 1980? Or was it '79?

79 - 80 :wink:

I'm not saying the quattro in the programme wasn't an '84. I'd guess that an '80 would be hard to come by since that was the firt year they were made.

i got a long list of retro tv series could probably keep me going putting them on all day and sad thing is i am only 32 so not that retro yet but the really retro thing that springs to mind is get smart te tv series and they making it a film this year
