have you seen the thing On One have just brought out? 4" tires! looks mad so it does.
Most shops
If on one do the CTW scheme that might be the best option as most shops dont stock Surly they just order them in as and when someone wants one, probably still be a able to find someone. A pugsley starts at £1500 so dont think that would work for the cycle to work scheme.
Maybe ask on the UK fat Bike Forum, you'll find most of us 'Fatties' from here over there.
