help setting up port forwarding...

Is there anybody on here who knows how to set up port forwarding?
Ive had trouble since ive added wirless to my house.
The wireless is working fine but now I cant use torrent files

I have found sites that tell me how to do this but to be honest, it means nothing to me!

Anyone have a "how to for dummies" approach?

You may find the following link helpful. Although not expressively torrent related, the World of warcraft downloader i believe uses torrent files to issue updates and patches, so it may well share the same ports as your everyday iffy software/movie torrent.

Yeah port forward is great place to go and has a page on utorent and a few other torrent clients hence why i asked what torrent client so i could link the appropriate page and not just a random world of warcraft one
