Hi guys,

Is there a thread on this forum about reviews about bike shops either on-line or real shops in which you can add your bit about customer service :?:

I have now't to do with that forum any more as they are full on old moaning buggers and there is no fun going off on that site.

Think it has been mentioned before and its a no go as the site doesnt want to be affiliated with potentially bad reviews (and possibly action for hosting such?).
 
I've had awful service at places other people rave about. It's too personal and subjective to put it in black and white. Speak to people you ride with, google the shops you're thinking of, and draw your own conclusions.
