Mmm...nibbling on some Comte, one of my favourite cheeses. Did you know it takes about 120 gallons of milk to make one 35kg Comte wheel.

You better be eating that with a noice warm red. I doing it slum style tonight. Own brand cab sav and a tube of Pringles :D
