Someone nicked my avatar, and the pic from my profile. I think this is bad form, what do others think ?

The example is below.....can't believe even hte text from signature has been nicked (bar the monty python bit).

Avatars, well if it's a cool or funky one i cna see someone wanting it even if its naughty. but he seems to be lifting your sig come whole profile. not on IMHO.

James - look at when I joined ! 2 years earlier !
I can tells its my pic as well as I edited it in a particular way. Also note that his pic is very slightly darker (at least on my screen) which suggests its been downloaded or saved in windows an its changed the gamma (my original was edited on a mac).
Wouldn't mind so much, but nicking my sig too.....that is a weird thing to do in my view.

Possibly not related to this case but a lot of avatars are used over and over on the internet. Makes things confusing sometimes when browsing elsewhere.
