They fit between the drop-out and disc just fine, one 'leg' needs to be shorter than the other as I mentioned to clear the caliper on some frames. The early models of this stand had same length 'legs'.

Makes me nervous to wedge them in between my frame and disc though. I'm too scared that the disc will be warped if the bike leans to any side.
