Got an email from amazon today. The item I have ordered has been dispatched. Its taken the vendor 3 days to dispatch a single box so christ only knows what they have been doing. But, to top it off, its being dispatched by...

Yodel

Well, thats the end of that then. Barneyballbags, you got their complaints department telephone number to hand mate...?

I dunno...
I had a notification that my parcel had been despatched via Yodel. My heart sank, but 18 hours later it was here.
Have faith!

On the other hand ... I ordered something from Japan last Saturday afternoon. It arrived Wednesday! Ordered through Amazon UK with free postage. Amazing!

I shall try and maintain some faith in them, but the amount of people with bad experiences I hear of make me worry!

Japan to the UK in 4 days?! I ordered a tiny PS3 controller battery from China and it still not here after almost 3 weks! Still, at £2.81 for a replacement battery, I'm not too worried, just I need it to play 2player games, only got 1 controller working atm!!

I have used Yodel for loads of stuff recently with no problems at all, in fact, they have been most excellent.
