i can do 2.5 miless in 20 mins, less if i walked very fast :wink:

ok 2.3....not 2.5.......... :D just checked it on AA maps and google for correct distance where i used to walk to work....20mins every time......map says it should take 40mins :D .........

What can i say growing up in Wales, you needed to get a pace on...also i'm used to hills and mountains............it's like i'm free wheeling on the flat here..........no resistance :wink:

I just spoke to Granny Mac shes 82 and she does 12 miles in 2 hours, I dont know if that counts as she uses a Zimmer :shock:

ooh i'm slacking i only did 10 miles in two and a half hours today...the paths in the fields were slippy mud today so slowed me down a touch :D
