My mum and Dad were staying in Pembrokeshire this week.
They went for a nice coastal walk along the sea cliffs on the Pembrokeshire coastal path this afternoon. While negotiating a short steep downhill section my Dad lost his footing and tore a tendon in his knee
My Dad is a tough and bugger and there's no way whats follows would have happened unless it was absolutely necessary :D
Involved in the rescue were 3 Coastguard teams and a helicoptor.
Dad is now tucked up in bed in Haverfordwest Hospital, keyhole surgery on the knee to reattach the tendon tomorrow.

I don't know if anybody volunteers down west(all the coastguard guys were volunteers) or knows anybody thats does but big thanks to them for all there efforts :D :D

If only I saw this earlier , been out working alongside the coastguard today - could have passed on your thanks :D
