Maybe because its not going quick enough for you so you press submit multiple times?
Just once is all it needs.

Is it from a mobile device? If so it could be down to the way it sends packets as i think rosstheboss does it and is using a mobile device.

does it on my PS3 too , never on the pc/laptop

I think on mobile devices it can be caused by using the browser 'back' key which resubmits the post.
