basically the customer service there is so bad.
no one smiles when they look at you.
they look like its too much hard work to go and fetch you a pair of trainers.
i expect more from shop assistants when i go shopping.
it just seems some people's work ethic is so poor these days.

it costs nothing to smile these days.

on a positive note, i had a very enjoyable ride round rivington today.

keep smiling guys.

Stack it high and sell it cheap. You were lucky you didn't age too much waiting to be served.

Thats a long story and im not prepared to get into it right now. Whats that? I dont care how much time you have to listen to my long story. I actually lied. Its not very long its just not for public eyes. Whats that? I dont care if you are a private eye, this story still isnt for you.
Sorry.

It's weird since moving to the states the difference in customer services

In Britian most shop staff look at you as though...how dare you interupt them talking to a mate/facebooking/doing nothing... where as in the states they are on a can I help you/in your face/pissing on you to mark you as theirs to stop other sales people getting the commision mission

In Britian the call staff are in India..in the U.S. most call centres are in Mexicos/Thailand

The sales staff in the U.K. seem to have forgotten customers are why they have a paid job and the U.S. seems to harras you believing you will make their job paid.
