I got this going again yesterday:

A bit more than just a crappy old Seiko. It's a couple of firsts, this is the worlds first LCD watch as well as the world first titanium cased watch, circa 1973. It's not a minter but as I've never seen another in the flesh it's good enough.

Unfortunately the strap isn't original, I'm on the look out for one, until then I had an old Seiko Quartz signed strap that I modified to fit. It doesn't look too bad and will do until the real deal comes along.

Toodeloo.

that is rather cool...

I have a couple of the original LED watches that I must get around to fixing.

And a James Bond 'For Your Eyes Only' watch...

I have a couple of LED watches too but I'm getting shot of them. I find them a faff, I keep looking at my wrist to check the time and the screen is blank, you have to press the button to make the time light up...

And they're only stainless steel or chrome plated.

Hello IBiF's.....i doubt your seiko would have had a titanium bracelet per factory (a titanium bracelet is seriously hard work) hense the 'cased' shout and the very simple case shape. Thanks for showing.
