I got a neck/shoulder injury at work about 10 years ago, still gives me Jip.

I can't ride without front sus now, and whilst it doesn't have to be a high stem, it does have to be shorter, and my new 'ideal' riding position is more cramped than it used to be.

Basically, for me, I had to get some of the weight & shocks off my arms/shoulders.

well ive had this problem for so long i dont think it can be sorted now without being sliced and diced..(the last time i had a slice i nearly snuffed it so that is not an option for me)...i had long travel forks but it still was a jip ..

I went to a chiropracter once. Rotund middle-aged woman. She liked folding me up and bouncing on me whilst I was only wearing my boxers. I paid her for it too.
