Thats the sort of thing im talking about. Not sure why but taken by the kindle even though it seems the sony would probably suit better. I like mp3 support for audio books.
But then there is the kindle touch which is at £109 which fits the bill also.

Gt kindle touch in the end. Very happy and i too have taken up reading again starting with david copperfield. Found a file of 3000 or so books.

Now just need a little help with calibre.

can i sideload files onto a kobo with calibre? e.pub ect?
i have loads of books but cant seem to get my kobo to see them unles i buy them from kobo
