I keep looking at this, you've done a lovely job 8)
Mrs Bob would like a bike like this but they never seem to come up small enough, I guess because it has to accomodate the big wheels (she's only 4'11") :lol:

But one (minor) point. The gear cable routing is wrong. You need one of these on the seat tube:
