Every now and then somebody replies to a post with " name "wrote highlighted and a white box under with their original quote in it.
How do i do that :?:
Ive tried using the quote button, but doesn't seem to work for me.
Ive been on this site long enough to know but don't :oops:

you do it with {quote="heathy"}blahblahsheepblah{/quote} except use [] instead of {}.

Quote tab always works for me.
But, I know if you mess about with it too much, ie deleting some text, you can end up making it so it doesnt work in accidently deleting some of [/quote]

yes that's one way of doing it but it quotes all the text, if you only want a portion of it best you use the Quote button between u and Code or just write it out.

you could high light the bit you want then right click copy then paste it in to your message :D

i just use the quote button and delete the text i dont want.
