Hello Folks,

Needing an internet connection at home and have been looking at whats available.

Talk Talk seem to offer an amazing deal for the money - does anyone use them as there ISP? Any help/advice would be much appreciated,

I haven't used them but from what I hear. People who do use it have problems with connectivity and the customer services.

Not a salesman, but, i'm with talk talk at home, joined near the start, took a while to get connected but been fine since, Phone bill is about £24 a month , the only calls I have to pay for is mobiles and premium rate. Broadband is supposed to be upto 8 meg, using the speed test on the gadget show web site get about 3.2 on a typical evening.

any other info required just ask.

Your the first person i've meet that has said that :shock: We call them 'arsholes off line' as they seem to spend more trying to get through to the customer line in India
