I assumed that extra 4p had already gone into the prices as they've gone up load lately. Wasn't long ago I was paying 87.9p (maybe 18 months ago?) now it's 99.9p.

UPDATE ..........

looks like its on from this weekend

local emergency services have been filling up on the last 6000 litres we had , had been advised by their head offices that it was priority to fuel up

one delivery from refinery was cancelled for 12 hours , due in at 6.30 "if it gets there" was the reply

here we go again
