Cant believe I was asked this, my response is lower down::

question/statement:

I think someone has put on a bid .. Outbidder on this everytime I bid just as I press confirm it says outbid .. I'm an experience enbayer and I think this us unfair .. As I genuinely want to bid but alway out bid

answer:

thats because someone has put a high ''maximum'' bid, so they dont have keep bidding each time like you are. this is the whole point of ebay so you dont have to keep logging on to bid.

they arent breaking the rules, so nothing i can do

Yes, that is daft.

I've had really snotty emails from someone trying to bid when somebody has clearly placed a higher bid.

Is it wrong to wish the really dumb ones have a very short life and don't get the chance to breed. For humanity's sake that is.

Unfortunately, for lots of people, breeding is much easier than using ebay.

I once had someone accuse me of foul play because they were outbid I'm the closing seconds of the auction. They reported me to ebay!
