Managed for the first time to do over 12,000k last year. The bulk of that is on the road though, commuting mainly.

I guess road miles count as half as off-road.

prolly less than 100/week really. Sometimes more, sometimes less.
Sometimes on road. Sometimes in the garage with only an Ipod for company. Even been known to ride off-road occasionaly. :shock:

I guess everyones varies to some degree? Winter riding here is exceptionally draggy (deep surface water, exposed moorlands) so 40mile sunday winter rides probs take more effort than 80mile summer sunday rides!
I'd probs be in the 150-200region most of the time. peaking 200-250 in depths of summer.... but hey.. mileage tally is a roadie facination, smiles not miles ;)

man.. kinda bummed it was so windy, messing up my balance! smooth stretch of trail & zero wind I'm poppin non hander wheelies. my absolute fave kinda wheelie :D
