These bikes seem to be a hype here in Holland. Really horrible, non movable thing. They used to be nice in the good als times..........

That is normal here. More attention for the phone than kids.
Sometimes you see mothers busy with the kids in the car, giving too much attention for safety of the kid, instead of attention for traffic and both their safety.

It's all fine. The tiny child has obviously taken a heroic dose of magic mushrooms and is "tweeking". The nanny, who is indirectly responsible for the drugging, is calling ahead to score some smooth "sensi". thus levelling everything out.

Sorry to state the obvious, the second larger pedal lorry is incase the same thing happens to someone like Giant Haystacks.
