My claim took two years even though the bus company admitted they were liable. These things can just drag on and on.

To be honest, i would replace a helmet after any kinda "heavy" knock/shock!

ANY internal damage, and it functions as a funky "hat" only :P :wink:

Had an offer today... :lol: i had to stop laughing :lol: ...these people think if they "string in out"..and wait and wait..they sent me an offer of £2300..

My employer wants their £980..replaced kit and lost overtime £900..they are taking the p^ss...

My brief told me refuse the offer

I will keep you all up to date

its the uk. it 3 years is the usual wait for a compo payout, 5 years from the council.
