Tired my day one sets. Didn't make the max reps required of 17 at the end so I'll try again on Monday. It didn't help that my 2yr old kept trying to sit on my head :lol:

I'll hold off on thwe squats too, but I'm up for it after this :)

update...it appears not :D should of read the site...

Starting from monday...will do it as part of mondays weights session.
