BTW press up's are far better with the handles for the floor, easier on the wrists too.

Do it on your knuckles, Lassie! Strengthen those limp wrists!

Thing is I do 50 at a time anyway.

From memory, US Army basic training is 61 in 60 seconds. Which I could do last summer.

I'll go and practice and see what can be done. I reckon I could do 60 straight right now and by Glentress....

200.

Now there's a pissing contest!

Oh yea ?, well by GT i'll be able to do 230 in two minutes.

May be scarce at the drug test though.

Seriously we should make this a competition for GT, with proper prizes, maybe a stretcher and a nurse

For 230 in two minutes i'd be expecting a mint 92 Adroit with full M900 :)

And a sexy nurse.

We are 'men' - we need to let off steam as we are no longer allowed to rape and pillage.

We have a 'drop and give me twenty' club amongst the touring crew fraternity which is good fun although nobody else on my crew wants to join up but been looking at the 100 push-up website and a few of the associated ones so count me in.
