The car looks good, although a set of steels would be the perfect match.


My first car was a '89 Golf MK II GTI, I loved it, until some plum wrote it off for me :evil:

got a set of g60 steelies for the winter :wink:

also goig to try a set of bbs rx2 split rims on er too, whe i can be bothered to split them and polish them :roll:

Just done Lincoln > Heathrow > Gt Yarmouth > pootling > back to Lincoln in the Passat.

Best part of 550 miles, averaged 57.6 mpg by the time I arrived in Yarmouth, and after pootling and returning to Lincoln I was still doing 52.7 mpg.

I filled up before setting off, and even now I have 115 miles left in the tank.

I love this car 8)

i have no doubt about that at all. i have had my previous gti on track with a remapped a4 tdi and i couldnt touch it

i was only pulling the boys leg sir
