some advice needed i need to get a bike from essex to yorkshire by courier not too sure which company to use. any help would be great.

I had a frame delivered by TNT picked it up at about 2pm on a tuesday
had it by 11 am the next morning
quick to say the least !!!!
cant remember exact price but about Â£25.00 , i think
