Fell off my bike yesterday.
First proper crash for over 10 years (I didn’t count being put on my arse at 5 mph on the soft loamy stuff in the woods at mountain mayhem last year)

“Fell off” is a little inaccurate, as I crashed into my son whilst we were out riding together. I flew a surprisingly long way and landed on soft-ish grass, got my wind back, checked the bikes over, laughed then got on with the ride.

Although this morning I want someone to put a bullet in me...

Teeth all fine, hip feels like it’s been hit with a sledge hammer!

Ouch. Similar here, fell off over Xmas, it had been a long time, and I properly hurt myself. Doesn’t get any easier!

My sympathies! Hope you back on the bike ASAP though...
