He could still leave have parcels collected.
Just stay safe distance.
Good point though.
Although a courier collecting parcels, you never know.
You'd need a new pair of rubber gloves each time you picked up a parcel.
Doesn't say he's a business seller but maybe he has a shop.
Thought self isolate was 14 days. Maybe he knows someone in the Highlands and is staying there for a while.
