Budget calculator: How will the Budget affect you?

Re:

That's just the minimum tax rise thingy then.
Pretty much all that is different for most people.
And that was always going to happen.

It's a new bike chain, can't complain with that.
More than the annual 'pay rise' we get.

Re:

Me too.

Just glad I'm on the property ladder. Got on it years ago, thankfully.
Despite the b/s about making buying a first home more realistic, it's not for the majority of people

£8.42 a month better off. Wont spend it all at once. come to think i have

hm.

Exactly the same amount as me...

Re:

After putting my rather randomly quirky details in, I too am £8.42 better off! I'm beginning to think this whole government funded questionnaire cost about £8.42 to produce.

Re:

Another £8.42 here!

And here's me thinking I'm the only one on here who averages 25 glasses of wine, 47 pints of beer and smokes 500 fags per week

I'm a first time buyer who has agreed a house price but hasn't yet completed, so i'm £1600 up thanks to the stamp duty thing.

I'll probably spend it on bikes.
