Good work, On One.

First order with you and I've just had the email to say that you've just dispatched it to Yodel (!).

Only nine days after I ordered, and everything was in stock when I ordered.

Nice.

Weird. I ordered a new helmet from them and it was dispatched next day and here within 3 days.

Turds, they've got worse lately. I ordered a bike packing kit, was in stock and dispatched. Half of it arrived and then I had to wait 3 weeks to be told they haven't any in stock anymore, have a credit note.......shockingly bad.

I use click and collect at some place with on one/planetx now.
Much harder for Yodel to explain it getting lost, crushed etc at the local pickup place ( a petrol station for me)
Than the hedge, ditch they usually crush them in.

There website descriptions mean you are guessing what they are actually selling half the time too.

Had some bargains though.

In a strange twist of fate, it appears that 'Julie' our local yodel delivery gal is an absolute peach, and dropped them off for me this morning. she saw we weren't in yesterday, left her number so that she could pop back round when it was convenient for us.

Weird!
