Photobucket - Arrrrghhh!

also if you add "~original" to the end of the link after jpg, before /image tag it'll relink the image...for the time being.

Thanks for that Gerard,

It looks like it sorts out the linking for the viewer if they have it installed as an Add-On in Chrome browser, but does not sort the problem globally for any viewer on any browser...which is annoying, as I'll now need to disable it to see which pics aren't working in my posts....

All the best,

Well, whoopydoo.
Photobucket seem to think that £1.10 per day is a reasonable price to be charging to release our pictures:

All the best,

Re:

I got that e-mail too, and I don't even have an account with them any more.

At least this time I was able to unsubscribe from receiving further begging letters.

How come its so expensive ?

I couldn't be bothered to move all my pics and update the links on my posts
and capitulated to their demand for a regular monthly payment

But I pay $2.99 a month

after over a 12 month of paying my $2.99 I too have now been put on notice to pay up or ship out :(

just logged in and over the past few years I've managed to rack up 1,122 photos (I'm sure other have a lot more)
its not the pic's that concern me, its all those links to various builds that will be gone soon

Re:

It had to happen I'm afraid, that's why I moved.

The thread thing is a PIA, I have done a few like the British Steel thread and a couple of my Dave Lloyd's, but the rest remain as they were.
