Check frame carefully for cracks. If it's clean there's a market but if the frame is cracked then not so much.

Ok great, there aren’t any cracks as far as I can see. Is £100 about reasonable?

Given the pretty basic component mix its not far off, maybe a bit more but the value is in the frame set and depends on someone wanting an E3. For the record, I do.
