I think it was called a magnum 204. I think they did 2 different back ends, one was this lawill style back end and one was a single pivot type affair that was a similar looking set up to rocky mountain RM7/9 bikes.

Yeah it looks like it has a pretty cool paint job.
As to what it's worth, who knows, whatever someone is willing to pay.
Test the water, pick a price you'd be happy with and advertise it on the sale board, if it sells, ace, if it doesn't, you can revise the price or think about splitting it with a better idea of what it's worth.
