Lightweight Chain

Dirt Disciple
Anyone remembers the "Regina SL America "
I think it was the lightest steel chain available in the late eighties!!
Light chain fits a light frame :p

had one on a road bike ~17 years ago. it broke during an uphill sprint. *not* pretty. i'll never ride another hollow-pin.

I always wonder with hollow pin chains if the mud and bits of stone that inevitably find their way into the pins when you're riding, weigh more or less than a solid pin would have done in the first place.

I still run a hollow pin SRAM on my modern bike though.
