Can't decide whether to unpack these and fit them to a bike or not.....

Mr K had some of these on the 'touch/feel/scratch/sniff but don't look' RetroBike quiz at the Peaks I think...

keep them NOS unless you absolutely need them for a build and are patient; a few pop-up used each year.

one bike comes to mind that they came equipped on and that was the Greg Lemond MTB...not many of them knocking about I'm sure...

the 825's always go for mega bucks on ebay... :roll:

I don't remember them being standard fit on anything. One of my fave MTB items of all time. A bit cumbersome to use but I still love them.
 
i had these on my sannie ....threads strip easily,dont shift precisely and theysmack ya fingers when u shift gear.hated them .......ps fancy selling them? :cool:
