Its immaculate, unfortunately the pics dont really do it justice, I'll get some better ones taken tomorrow out in the garden.

Not sure if im going to keep it or sell it yet ....

At any rate, what exactly is that on the frame? it looks textured, but yet so slick.

The pics show the frame more textured than it actually is, I'll take some better pics tomorrow outside ... it was Marins sctatch proof paint, really nice finish :)

There is a seller on ebay france who is selling lots of Marin NOS early frames . in all sizes and models .

That brings back some memories, my first proper MTB was a palidades trail, similar finish but with fluro yellow decals. Love it.

I'm sure that that is actually 1990 vintage. The paint scheme is called zolatone. The 1989 vintage was light grey

Sold mine 3 years ago, 7 speed XT/DX kit, onza HO cantis, Pauls fireballs seat bolt, USE seatpost with flite. very light very nippy.
