Hope reigns eternal :D

Re:

Steerer is 11/8" and needs a head tube at least 120mm long because of the way the steerer is machined.

Seatpost is a standard U.S.E. so can fit most any frame with the apropriate shim.

Re:

Ah Ok.

That's quite a long head tube!

In other news, what length steerer do you need on the Mag21 forks you're hunting down?

S'not that long really, it's the same as my 18" Zaskar & 19" Clockwork.

Steerer for the Mag 21's needs to be at least 180mm unthreaded.

How is the steerer machined? and why not put them on the orange you have? or a pace :) there is a polished orange in the for sale section as we speak :)

Re:

Steerers are machined so that the section that is the correct dia for the crown race comes up 100mm. :?

Before you ask- I have no idea!

Pace frames have never really been on my radar, but it's an interesting though. S'pose I kind of thought U.S.E. forks on a Pace frame would be a bit odd.

The Clockwork is a 1" head tube, so not a go'er.

Re:

Ali-O or Elite in black.
I always think 120mm headline is a shirt one.
Most mine are 130+ on all my bikes apart from the very small frames iirc.

What do you like?
