Okay, hopefully this helps although I believe the EFC has more going on in the base?!

Don't move the washer if you want to keep to stock travel.

Do you have good elastomers? I made some spring bases and am using springs in one side only.
They're valve springs from a VW engine, I've a small box full and made enough spring seats for maybe 4 sets of forks.

Thank you for your help. That makes sense to me.
I will have to look into the oil damper in the EFC... But that should be doable
Or else I will convert to an M4 with springs

But if by chance someone crashes, I buy the spare parts! And this is not a joke. it would be to rehabilitate my two forks manitou 3. :)
