They look like the natural precurser to the Curve C3 cantis, found on early Konas, but that is just a guess. I think Cruve went by 'Pyrannha' (can't spell, sorry) befor ethey changed their name to Curve.
they look like gravity research rim crushers, i had a set on a pace about 11 years ago, though i can't remmember if they were milled clean through where yours are recessed or not.
