Very nice mate....I have a similar idea for my Canadian build.....but not in the same colour.

Yours look lush....and I love the 'breaking the mold' rationale

I have got some instructions for dis-assembling these but it looks fiddly, was it ok with yours?

Really easy, stick the skewer part in a protected vice grip and twist, theres some pink thread-lock in them normally but its doesnt give much resistance, youll have to file down the small 'tag' that stops the thread going any further up the pivot bush to get it out of the alloy 'holey' bit but thats easy too, just put some fresh thread-lock in when you assemble again :D

I so wish you hadn't done that!

(my modern bike was supposed to be for thrashing. At this rate its going to end up more pimped than any of my retro bikes  )

Nice!
Have you seen Bullseye hubs in full white?
Ive considered getting a pair powder coated..

Erm, excuse me haven't you got a Pace to finish? Here we all are waiting for your RC100 rebuild to be finished and off you go playing with a not-square bike. Crivens! C'mon man pull yourself together and finish the Pace!
