Just a spray can, from halfords :roll: ... and loads of care and attention between coats.
Once stripped I applied two coats of primer, flatting off between coats, then about four coats of the gunmetal, again sanding between coats. Finally I very carefully sanded (1200 grit with loads of water) to matt of the top coat and applied laquer. Stickers were applied between coats of laquer.

But that would take the fun out if surely... respray yours black.. :shock:, I've got another black set coming although I'm not 100% what they are. If they are any good I might still be up for a swap..?
