Unbranded Alu Stem

Hi Folks,

Does anyone know what make of stem this is? It is unbranded and is similar to a Syncros Cattleprod, but the CP has a sloped top, whereas this one is flat. It's a chunky piece of kit, which is going on my E3 when it's finished. Another item on the polishing list... :roll:

They started of flat and loose like that. Only a bit layer did they have the integrated sloping cap.

Looks like a 1" version. (22.2)
 
So it is a Cattleprod? You are right about it being a 1 inch version. I've been looking for one of these for a little while and it looks like I had one all along! I keep opening boxes in the loft and finding bits of bikes hiding at the bottom; I'm sure I have a kona bar somewhere... :LOL:
Anyway, here is the cleaned up stem, with a first attempt at polishing.
