Garage queen crankset - Cook Bros & Machinehead

Here is a crank that's been too pretty to use, and it has never been used. Cranks are Cook E Series, granny gear and crank caps are Cook Bros, middle and big ring are Moonhead.

is it just me or does that outer ring need to rotate one more hole clockwise?

Because it is an inverted spider the nub doesn't line up.
